Each year, even as early as Michaelmas (September 29), the living Christ and the Company of Heaven begin to approach the Earth atmosphere more closely. As the living Lord of this planet, the Christ’s presence vibrates into our midst with his magnificent legions of celestial Hosts and his vast array of advanced beings, called in the scriptures “the Cloud of Silent Witnesses.” The magnificent Christ and many advanced beings of Light, moving in harmony with great cosmic laws, work together to cleanse, bless and recharge the Earth with new energies of healing and strengthening for the new year ahead. The Christmas atmosphere is always special. Many persons of all faiths and no faith become more open and expectant; they sense something vast and mighty, wonderful and mysterious, coming closer and also being born inside themselves. This is the intimacy and touch of the Creator’s infinite Light and the Christ’s inclusive love for all beings. The greatest gift we can give at Christmas is to share the gift of Holy Love for each of us by our love for each other in the living spirit of Christ. This is the ultimate Christmas experience. Love has created us; Love sustains us.

At Christmas, GIVING increases. As we are freely given so much daily by the generosity of God’s Grace, so the Christmas spirit is one of giving. We increase our connection with God’s Presence as we reach out with more generosity, physically, emotionally and attitudinally in our living.

Remember the Christmas story of the wonder-filled birth of the Lord Emmanuel into our world; take time to appreciate all the beautiful children of every age, living in your midst, and feed the child of wonder alive in you. Find more ways to love and mentor all the world’s children, and remember to keep the child in you alive, well cared for, and healthy.

Christmas is a return to JOY. Earth is meant to be a place where we can thrive in an atmosphere of goodness and happiness. Let nobody take your joy from you. Great joy arises, often in the midst of tears.

Christmas is filled with MUSIC ! The carols we sing intone the beautiful heavenly streams of Glory that pour into our life as we are open to them. Express your love of God in Christ with inspiring, beautiful music.

Remember FAMILY at Christmas ! Christmas is a time for reunion and toasting a new beginning together as the past is recalled and forgiven. We realize at Christmas that we are all part of one human family, not just our own biological group. In God we are all ONE and a part of each other. Relive the beautiful TRADITIONS of Christmas. Take time to eat, sing, visit, laugh, worship and pray together. Keep visualizing and working for a more loving world, filled with good will and helpfulness.

As you give your best, feel the loving and peaceful Presence of the Holy, surrounding you and filling you. See all things working together mysteriously for the greatest good among those who truly love God and put God first.

Receive the new energies of Christmas this year with eagerness and thankfulness. Beyond the presents you may unwrap, let the gift of God’s loving PRESENCE open in you; in the gracious Spirit of Christ, the gift of wonder is opened to you. Receive it and give it away each day; generously, give your best in every circumstance and to all whom you meet
